Direct to Garment (DTG). Printing Methods
All of the garments listed on our site are printing using DTG.
Sublimation
Sublimation inks are a disperse dye suspended in a liquid solvent, like water. The images are initially printed onto transfer paper as a reverse image of the final design, which is then transferred onto a substrate like a mug or a coaster using a heat press.
Our vast experience in sublimation printing means that we can colour match an artist’s original artwork and work with them to create a brand suitable for retail. With a wide range of sublimation products on our site including mugs, coasters, cushions, phone cases sublimation printing is one of our customer’s most popular print methods.
Canvas
Our canvas prints are printed using the very latest Epson printers and specialist UltraChrome HD fade resistant inks. Each of our canvas prints are hand stretched across either 18mm or 38mm bars. Our bars are made from solid pine-sourced from FSC certified pine forests and are guaranteed not to twist or warp.
We offer both gallery and mirrored wraps. With a gallery wrap your canvas photo print is stretched to fit the frame. When designing your canvas, make sure that none of the important elements of your subject are located too close to the edges. With a mirrored wrap, your image can be completely seen on the front of the canvas printing. Our production staff will upload your image into our canvas software and create flawless mirrored edges all the way round your canvas. This is suitable when the entire image needs to be seen on the front.
All our canvas prints come with a hanging bracket already fitted so they are ready to hang straight on to a customer’s wall.
